DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY

  • Currently we delivery to locations in Male’, Hulhumale’ (Phase 1 and Phase 2), and Local Jetties (Boats) only.
  • Male’: Free Delivery

  • Hulhumale’ (Phase 1 and Phase 2): Free Delivery

  • Boats: Free Delivery

  • Free pick up service is available from our warehouse.

  1. For special timings and urgent deliveries a delivery charge might be incurred.

  3. For Buildings without lift access, heavy items will be delivered to ground floor. If the package does not fit in the lift, heavy items will be delivered to ground floor.
  • Time: Between 06:30PM and 10:30PM
  • Delivery time is maximum 1-2 days (excluding Fridays and holidays).

  • Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within specified time frame.

All items are self-assembly and will arrive in package. We do not provide any assembly service for furniture or any items purchased from our online shop.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We can accept returns only against defects, damaged and faulty items within 24 hours of delivery. Any items returned will not be accepted if the product exhibits any obvious signs of use or is not in the condition in which it was delivered.

Customers must verify measurements, materials and features before purchasing any item. Items cannot be returned or refunded for any variations not liked by customer after delivery. All items can be physically checked at our warehouse before purchase (some items will be in package and not assembled as we are an online shop).

All items are checked before leaving our warehouse for any damages. Customer can request to check the item infront of the delivery agent at the time of delivery. However, if you have received a damaged, wrong product, missing piece(s), we will proceed with the replacement or refund, if applicable, at no cost as soon as possible.

For deliveries to Islands, we cannot take responsibly for any unforseen damages to items after delivery to boat and before arrival to customer.

Refunds will be processed within working 3 days for online transfers and return of an item after delivery might incur a return-back charge.

  • Orders can be cancelled after payment and before delivery for any reason. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
